We suggest using laser scanning or photogrammetry technologies for data collection.

  • Laser scanning — this technology allows you to capture reality and quickly obtain the primary 3d data of the project. At this stage, a 3d point cloud will be ready

VR/AR Development

The virtual VR environment, implemented in a virtual polygon, includes dynamic models, hand and power tools, a complex of interaction with the environment, collection and disassembly of objects (e.g. engine)

The project has integrated an expert system for assessing the student’s actions in the environment during virtual assembly and disassembly of equipment into its component parts. Audio, video and teaching materials.

When conducting classes, trainings and testing in the environment of virtual polygons, you can always move from one virtual environment to another for a more thorough examination, study and disassembly of all processes and phenomena that arise in the course of work.

  • The virtual tour is intended to give the student an overview of the premises. The virtual tour should give the student the possibility to find and be guided through the different rooms of the lecture
  • Student should be reminded of the next course via push app info on his smartphone and should be able to log in when they enter the real classroom on campus to document their attendance.
  • In the virtual classroom, the trainer can conduct VR training with the learner
  • The trainer can virtually enter a classroom where content (combustion engine) is integrated and available. The trainer will be present in the form of a virtual avatar and train learners in terms of content
  • The trainer can superimpose 3D exhibits and point to certain parts, highlight them and play animations
  • Also videos, images can be shared on a virtual screen

Modules

Scaneng educational projects

 

For educational purposes of staff training, the project was completed in 2018-2020.

3D dynamic computer and VR training simulator, preparation and testing of knowledge of students of secondary special and higher technical educational institutions based on three-dimensional dynamic virtual environment «Power plant». The customer was the Kazan Power Engineering University.

Virtual polygons allow the student, being in a virtual space (for example, in a model of a transformer substation, an industrial enterprise, an electrical workshop of a station, etc.), to feel the scale of an object, to make reconnaissance in space, to find out where the equipment is installed, to carry out all the necessary actions and operations: switching on, off, revision and adjustment of electrical equipment, while using hand tools and personal protective equipment.

Visual perception greatly facilitates the process of learning and training personnel, as well as teaching students.
